Dr. Gordon-Brittain is a seasoned social work professional with expertise in data visualization, fundraising, program development, and policy research. With a background in managing and leading complex social services and developing educational programs, he has contributed to advancements in social work practices, particularly in the fields of mental health and public policy.

As Principal at Mission Leads, LLC, Dr. Gordon-Brittain provides offers strategic consulting in program development and fundraising to notable organizations such as the Tourette Association of America. Previously, Dr. Haymovitz founded the Social Work Department at Utica University, where he developed comprehensive curricula and led the accreditation process. His prior roles include consulting grant writer, where he secured significant funding for various nonprofit initiatives, and data analytics consultant at Chapin Hall, University of Chicago, focusing on child welfare research.

Dr. Haymovitz holds a D.S.W. from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University, and an A.B. in Psychology from Vassar College. He completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and Thomas Jefferson University, focusing on mental health, addictions, and primary care. His scholarly work includes numerous publications and presentations at major conferences, underscoring his commitment to improving social work practice through rigorous research and community engagement.

Karon Williams, MPA

Karon is a dynamic business development professional skilled in creating, executing, and managing innovative practices to engage strategic partners. With over 20 years of experience, she has acquired a unique perspective and talent for developing and implementing effective philanthropic programs and charitable investment opportunities. Karon is best known for being a results-oriented fundraiser who has an immediate, quantifiable impact on the nonprofit organizations she has served.

Along with her work at major New York institutions, Karon has spent over a decade as a management consultant, providing capacity-building services in areas such as organizational development, marketing and communications, fiscal management, business process, and infrastructure improvement. She works closely with organizations to transform themselves to a higher level of effectiveness, impact, and sustainability.

Most recently, Karon served as the Vice President of Resource Development and Affiliate Services at the Tourette Association of America for three years, where she conducted strategic planning, overhauled their monitoring and evaluation systems, and supported the establishment of an infrastructure to conduct public health surveillance of tic disorders nationally.

Karon received a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY College at Old Westbury.
